Iberostar Horizon, the Iberostar Hotels loyalty program, is proving to be a complete success. Although they still do not have official registration data, from the chain they assure this newspaper that “it has been very well received by customers.” In fact, at Grupo Iberostar “they are very happy with the results they are having.”

This initiative, which was born in 2021, aims to “reward customer loyalty and make the experience in its hotels even more differential”. It applies to all customers, regardless of the channel where they make their reservations, and allows them to recognize and provide added value to their repeat customers.

It is structured in 4 levels: Sand (0-15 nights enjoyed), Ocean (16-22), Sky (23-36) and Infinity (+36). Thus, it offers personalized attention and exclusive offers in any of the Iberostar hotel categories, being better the higher level the user has.

One of the great advantages is the discounts. Depending on the level, there will be lower or higher discounts on the room or board upgrade; excursions and tours; laundry; restaurants; parking; or treatments.

It should be noted that, if you have not had any stay in the last 3 years, the progress in the program will be lost, returning to the starting point.
